Booking Terms

As a result of the long term planning required by our Clients the majority of our available space is booked well in advance of the fishing season. This limits our flexibility in respect to changing the dates, number of boats, accommodation etc.
We have to commit to our guides, dock space requirements, accommodation and in some cases hotel reservations and sub-contract charter operators to fill the needs of our clients. As a result of these commitments we are unable to cancel or change bookings on short notice.

Trips booked prior to 1 January 2010
Require payment in full at the time of booking.
We are unable to change dates or cancel booking after 1 January

Trips booked after 1 January 2010
Require 50% deposit at the time of booking
Balance due upon arrival at the lodge
Deposits will be refunded if cancellation notice is received in writing 90 days prior to arrival date

MasterCard Visa or Interact accepted.
